Genevieve on the front desk was absolutely amazing! I had to call reception a couple of times during the day as we were going to be late & she was so understanding, supportive and helpful - plus very patient. She gave me a hug on arrival and her energy was just amazing for nearly 10pm. Was hoping to see her at checkout by unfortunately wasn’t there. She deserves a medal for her service!!! The note left for us as ‘newlyweds’ was gorgeous. Plus the chocolates, beer for my husband and the late checkout did not go unnoticed!!!

This was the first time I have stayed here and I was very impressed. Staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. The location was very good and shopping centre was easy walk and very close to train station. It was also very accessible to main roads to take you whichever way you wanted to go. The room was a studio executive and had everything needed to make my stay comfortable and I really liked the balcony where I could sit in the fresh air to read and have my coffee. Will definitely stay again.

Having had to make a last minute booking due to having to leave the property we booked as it was filthy and unsafe, we were met with such warmth by the staff, who couldn't do enough to help us, and this continued throughout our stay. I can't rate this property high enough. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed, but it was the staff and service that went above and beyond that really made this stay such a pleasure. HIGHLY recommended.

The room and the whole building was very well presented, modern and clean. The staff were all very nice and efficient. Everything worked well and we had all the facilities that were advertised. It was all very secure with the use of a keycard for entry to the floor , the carpark and the room. The downstairs carpark was secure , easy to get to and undercover which was very good as we had a hire car. I didn't use their Wifi as I used my own.

Good spacious apartment with full size fridge and basic items in the kitchen. 2 bedrooms - all beds were comfortable King size bed & 2 singles which was good for our family of 2 A & 2 C. There were soft & firm pillows to choose from. Shower was lovely and the cubicle was a good size. Air con unit in each room. Nice apartment we would recommend and stay again.
