We felt so fortunate to be upgraded on arrival, which made our stay even more special. The room was spotless, beautifully presented, and thoughtfully designed with a well-equipped kitchenette—perfect for preparing our own meals during a longer stay. The location couldn’t have been better, within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, and public transport, yet tucked away in a quiet, peaceful area. Having safe, secure parking gave us extra peace of mind, and the friendly, welcoming staff made us feel truly at home. A wonderful experience that we would highly recommend to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and genuine hospitality.

Very helpful staff. We had a terrible 1st night ended up actually sleeping in hospital car park. Called the hotel at 7am the next morning and they were fantastic and couldn't apologise enough. When we returned to the hotel we said we would be fine moving our things but management walked us up to our new apartment and got 2 staff members to move our belongings. So yes our 1st night was crap and stressful but i think we were just given the wrong apartment. Cause the hotel staff are lovely to the girls that clean our room too the front of house staff, all we lovely. Some may think the train station is too close but honestly you can not hear a thing when your in your apartment. 😊

I arrived at 1:30 am and was a bit anxious, being unfamiliar with the area and on my own at that hour. The staff had sent through really detailed access instructions beforehand, which was so reassuring. Finding the lockbox, parking, and getting inside was simple thanks to the clear directions—it took away all the stress. By the time I arrived I was tired and cold, just dreaming of a hot chocolate. To my delight, the minibar had exactly what I needed, which honestly made my night. A small but thoughtful touch that left a big impression!

Good spacious apartment with full size fridge and basic items in the kitchen. 2 bedrooms - all beds were comfortable King size bed & 2 singles which was good for our family of 2 A & 2 C. There were soft & firm pillows to choose from. Shower was lovely and the cubicle was a good size. Air con unit in each room. Nice apartment we would recommend and stay again.

My husband and I had the one bed unit which was amazing! My mum and daughter had a studio each which was nice but they spent nearly the same price and it was pretty small. My advice is to take the one bedder if price comparable. My other two children were in a 2 bed which was also amazing. The staff at reception were great!

The room and the whole building was very well presented, modern and clean. The staff were all very nice and efficient. Everything worked well and we had all the facilities that were advertised. It was all very secure with the use of a keycard for entry to the floor , the carpark and the room. The downstairs carpark was secure , easy to get to and undercover which was very good as we had a hire car. I didn't use their Wifi as I used my own.

The apartment was in quite place, good view of the Dandenong city from the balcony. close walking distance to Dandenong square market and plaza for a quick shopping access and Train station. The three rooms are spacious comes with kings beds, beautiful and are cleans.

Cooking facilities and cleaning were fantastic. Loved having the washing machine and dryer in our bathroom. Reception was so helpful when i had a problem. Solved out straight away. Location is great and the rooms soundproof.
